Impianti S.p.A è un’azienda cento per cento italiana fondata nel 1992. Dal momento in cui Simone Lo Russo, Amministratore Unico dell’azienda, ha deciso di fondare Impianti S.p.A nel 1992 sono cambiate molte cose. 

Inizialmente l’azienda nasce come IMPIANTI SRL il cui core business erano le infrastrutture di Rete ed i sistemi di Rete/Telefonici. Con l’andamento e lo sviluppo del mercato, IMPIANTI ha spostato il focus verso soluzioni di Videoconferenza & UCC (unified communication & collaboration), riuscendo così ad ampliare il portfolio di offerta e a orientare il target verso Aziende Corporate, Pubblica Amministrazione, TELCO, settore della Difesa, etc. Questi cambiamenti sono state delle tappe fondamentali per l’azienda che ha in seguito deciso di trasformarsi da SRL in Società per Azioni (SpA).

"Sono trascorsi tanti anni dal giorno “zero” in cui ho fondato IMPIANTI, davvero sembra solo ieri! Quando si lavora con passione e con un team stabile di super collaboratori, il tempo davvero trascorre velocemente!" - dice Simone Lo Russo. “Potremmo essere soddisfatti, dire che siamo bravi e belli (mai) ed essere autoreferenziali, ma lo stile sobrio e concreto della Brianza ci insegna che dobbiamo sempre stare “sul pezzo. Vogliamo quindi comunicare al mercato e ai clienti che abbiamo esperienza, energia, entusiasmo e voglia di crescere (ancora!). Siamo veloci, combattivi, competitivi e indipendenti. Nelle gare d'appalto alcuni grandi player e alcuni consorzi di “mummie” ci temono, ciò vuol dire che siamo nella giusta direzione e quindi “andiamo avanti!”(il mio motto aziendale)  Possediamo un’ottima rete di partners (sempre più in fase di espansione) ed abbiamo ottimi rapporti con buona parte degli Operatori di Telefonia con i quali sviluppiamo alcuni importanti Convenzioni (Consip) con il Public Sector. 

Un ringraziamento finale va soprattutto ai miei Collaboratori che si dedicano quotidianamente allo svolgimento delle attività con dedizione. Come dico spesso, la parte più importante di un’azienda non è inclusa nel bilancio, il vero valore consiste nelle persone che la compongono!
Questa data non è un traguardo ma altresì un nuovo punto di partenza. Durante quest’anno ci saranno diverse importanti novità ed il lancio di linee di business estremamente innovative… Stay Tuned!

30 years and counting!

Impianti S.p.A is a 100% Italian company founded in 1992. Many things have changed since Simone Lo Russo, the company's Sole Director, decided to found Impianti S.p.A in 1992. In the beginning, the company was founded as Impianti srl whose core business was Network Infrastructure and Network/Telephony Systems.
As the market developed, IMPIANTI shifted its focus to Videoconferencing & UCC (unified communication & collaboration) solutions, thus expanding its portfolio and orienting its target audience towards Corporate Companies, Public Administration, TELCO, Defence sector, etc. These changes were milestones for the company, which subsequently decided to transform itself from a limited liability company (SRL) into a joint-stock company (SpA).

 "So many years have passed since day "zero" when I founded IMPIANTI, it seems like only yesterday! When you work with passion and with a stable team of super collaborators, time does pass quickly! " - says Simone Lo Russo "We could be satisfied, say that we are good and beautiful (never) and be self-referential, but the sober and concrete style of Brianza teaches us that we must always be "on the ball". We, therefore, want to communicate to the market and our customers that we have experience, energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow (again!) We are fast, combative, competitive, and independent. In tender, some big players and some consortia of "mummies" fear us, which means that we are in the right direction and therefore "let's go forward!" (my company motto). We have an excellent network of partners (which is increasingly expanding) and we have excellent relations with most of the telephone operators with whom we are developing some important agreements (Consip) with the public sector. My final thanks go above all to my collaborators who devote themselves daily to carrying out the activities with dedication. As I often say, the most important part of a company is not included in the balance sheet, the real value lies in the people who make it up!
